Quick & Easy Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese 🍝🇮🇹
Ingredients (serves 2–3):

1 pack The Better Butchers Plant Based Italian Ground

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 jar (about 680 mL) tomato sauce

200–250 g spaghetti (or your preferred pasta)

Optional: salt, pepper, Italian herbs, Parmesan or vegan cheese
Instructions:

Cook the pasta: Boil water with a pinch of salt. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Italian Ground: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add The Better Butchers Italian Ground and cook until browned and heated through.

Add the sauce: Pour in the jar of tomato sauce, stir to combine, and simmer for 3–5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt, pepper, or herbs if desired.

Combine with spaghetti: Toss the cooked spaghetti directly in the pan with the sauce and Italian Ground, coating it evenly.

Serve: Plate and enjoy! Top with Parmesan or vegan cheese if desired.
Tip: Add chopped onions, garlic, or a splash of red wine for extra flavor if you want to step it up.
